Service Description

Elevate your event with a special appearance by Blue Tulip. Ideal for conventions, panels, or community events, this service adds inspiration and creativity to any gathering. / per appearance (up to 2 hours)


Cancellation Policy

By booking Blue Tulip, you agree to the following terms: **Performance Duration** Standard performances are 60 minutes unless otherwise agreed. **Payment** A 50% deposit is required at booking, with the balance due 7 days before the event. **Cancellations** Cancellations within 72 hours incur a 10% fee, due immediately. If the artist or team has already arrived at the airport, the client is responsible for re-booking costs. Refunds are not provided for issues outside of Blue Tulip’s control (e.g., flight delays). Efforts will be made to reschedule or offer compensation. **Transportation** Events outside a 15-mile radius of Wilmington, DE, require transportation reimbursement. For air travel, round-trip flights must be booked in advance, and accommodations must be 3-star or better. Blue Tulip requires a private, non-shared room. For all other individuals, accommodations must be arranged based on gender, with separate rooms provided for males and females. Bunk beds are not allowed. For example, if there are two females and one male, the male must have a separate room. **Setup** Event organizers must allow adequate time for setup and sound checks, as agreed during planning. Performance Riders **Live Band Performances** Stage size must be at least 12x12 feet. A high-quality sound system with professional microphones, monitors, and a mixing board is required. A dedicated sound engineer must be on-site. **Background Singer Performances** A sound system with 3 microphones and proper staging is required. **Solo Performances** A sound system with one microphone and monitor is required. **Dressing Room Requirements** A private dressing room with a mirror, table, seating, and restroom access is required. Refreshments should include bottled water, herbal tea, and light snacks (e.g., fruit, nuts). Blue Tulip is pescatarian and does not consume land animals or dairy. **Backstage Access** Access is limited to essential personnel to ensure privacy and focus. **Custom Performances** All details for custom performances must be finalized at least 30 days before the event. Additional fees may apply. **Additional Notes** Blue Tulip reserves the right to decline events that conflict with personal or professional values. Event organizers are responsible for obtaining any necessary licenses or permits.
