4. Certain products may be designated Local Pickup Only. These products are not eligible for shipping or delivery. Pickup instructions will be provided when applicable.

3. Events and Creative Experiences

3.1 Eligibility

1. Experiences are generally intended for individuals 18 years of age or older unless otherwise stated.

2. Experiences that permit minors may require consent from a parent or legal guardian and appropriate adult supervision.

3.2 Venue Rules

Participants must comply with all applicable venue policies, safety requirements, instructions, and restrictions.

3.3 Conduct

1. Blue Tulip Artistry is committed to creating welcoming and respectful experiences.

2. Disruptive, threatening, unsafe, discriminatory, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate behavior may result in removal from an Experience without refund, to the extent permitted by law.

4. Tickets, Registrations, and Payments

1. Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, tickets and registrations are final sale and nonrefundable.

2. Ticket or registration transfers may be permitted with prior written approval from Blue Tulip Artistry.

3. Additional terms or policies displayed during registration or purchase become part of the conditions applicable to that Experience.

5. Event Changes, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

1. Event dates, locations, schedules, activities, instructors, programming, and other details may change when reasonably necessary.

2. If Blue Tulip Artistry cancels an Experience and does not provide a replacement or rescheduled date, affected customers will receive a refund or other remedy as required by applicable law and the terms communicated for that Experience.

3. If an Experience is rescheduled, existing registrations may be transferred to the new date or otherwise handled according to the policy communicated to registered participants.

4. Blue Tulip Artistry is not responsible for a participant's personal expenses related to attending an Experience, including transportation, accommodations, parking, or other incidental expenses, except where required by law.

6. Assumption of Risk

1. Participation in certain Experiences may involve ordinary risks associated with creative activities, physical movement, materials, equipment, venues, or participation in group activities.

2. By voluntarily participating, attendees acknowledge and accept the risks reasonably associated with the applicable activity.

3. Blue Tulip Artistry is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property or for injuries or damages except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded or limited.

4. Participants are responsible for following instructions and determining whether an activity is appropriate for them.

 

7. Photography, Video, and Media

1. Photography, video, or audio recording may occur during Blue Tulip Artistry Experiences.

2. Where permitted by law and communicated to attendees, images or recordings from Experiences may be used for Blue Tulip Artistry's website, social media, promotional materials, advertising, documentation, and other business purposes.

3. When an Experience requires a separate media release or consent, the applicable release or consent terms will govern.

 

8. Intellectual Property

1. Unless otherwise stated, content created or owned by Blue Tulip Artistry, including artwork, designs, graphics, photographs, videos, written content, creative concepts, event materials, and other original works, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

2. Blue Tulip Artistry may also feature creative works, music, trademarks, or other materials owned by artists, collaborators, licensors, or other third parties. Ownership of those materials remains with their respective rights holders.

3. Purchasing a product, ticket, artwork, or Experience does not transfer copyright, trademark, reproduction, commercial use, or other intellectual property rights unless expressly stated in writing.

4. Unauthorized reproduction, resale of protected creative content, modification, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.
