Welcome to Blue Tulip Artistry! By accessing our website, purchasing products, joining our creative community, registering for events, or participating in our programs, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Website Use
The Blue Tulip Artistry website is provided for personal use, shopping, creative discovery, and authorized business or community participation. Visitors may not copy, reproduce, modify, redistribute, commercially exploit, or claim ownership of website content without prior written permission. Any unlawful activity, unauthorized access, harassment, fraudulent behavior, interference with website operations, or conduct that compromises the safety and experience of others is prohibited. Blue Tulip Artistry reserves the right to restrict or terminate website access when necessary, subject to applicable law.
2. Products & Purchases
Blue Tulip Artistry offers a variety of physical and digital products, including comic books, original artwork, art prints, apparel, accessories, music, and collectibles. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability are accurate; however, colors, materials, and appearances may vary slightly due to screen settings, production methods, or the artistic nature of certain products. All orders are subject to product availability and successful payment processing, and fulfillment times may vary depending on the item or production provider. Products designated for local pickup are not eligible for shipping unless otherwise stated. Purchases are subject to our separate Returns & Refund Policy, including provisions addressing damaged, defective, or incorrect orders, without limiting any rights provided under applicable consumer protection laws.
3. Digital Content & Intellectual Property
All original artwork, comics, music, characters, illustrations, designs, written materials, videos, and other creative content owned by Blue Tulip Artistry are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Purchasing or downloading a product grants access to the purchased item but does not transfer copyright, trademark, licensing, reproduction, distribution, or commercial usage rights. Digital products are intended for personal use only unless otherwise authorized, and customers may not reproduce, redistribute, upload, share digital files, sell unauthorized copies, commercially exploit, or claim Blue Tulip Artistry's creative content as their own without prior written permission. Lawful resale of purchased physical merchandise is not prohibited by these Terms. Creative works belonging to third-party artists, collaborators, or licensors remain the property of their respective rights holders.
4. Creative Community & Participation
Blue Tulip Artistry is committed to cultivating an inclusive creative community that celebrates comics, anime, cosplay, visual arts, music, storytelling, and entrepreneurship. While our community welcomes individuals of all backgrounds, we are particularly dedicated to increasing representation, visibility, and opportunities for Black and Brown creatives and other underrepresented voices. Members and participants are expected to maintain respectful interactions and contribute to a welcoming environment free from harassment, discrimination, threats, bullying, exploitation, and unauthorized use of another creator's work. Blue Tulip Artistry reserves the right to moderate community participation, remove inappropriate content, or restrict membership when community standards are violated, subject to applicable law. Joining the free Creative Community does not guarantee paid membership benefits, employment, event admission, promotional features, or business opportunities.
5. The Creative Roster Membership
The Creative Roster is a creator discovery and networking platform operated by Blue Tulip Artistry to increase visibility and encourage meaningful connections among writers, illustrators, artists, cosplayers, performers, creative entrepreneurs, and other professionals. Approved members may receive a public profile featuring professional information, creative categories, biographies, portfolio links, and other submitted materials. The first 20 approved founding creators are eligible for a complimentary first year of membership, after which the standard annual renewal fee is $25. Subsequent approved memberships are generally $25 annually unless otherwise advertised. Any automatic renewal will require appropriate authorization, with renewal pricing, cancellation procedures, and applicable terms disclosed during enrollment. Membership does not guarantee sales, employment, sponsorships, collaborations, interviews, or event participation. Blue Tulip Artistry reserves the right to review applications and moderate listings to maintain the quality, professionalism, and integrity of the directory, subject to applicable law.
6. Creator Submissions & Media Features
Creators submitting biographies, artwork, photography, portfolio links, interviews, or other materials to Blue Tulip Artistry confirm that they own the content or have obtained appropriate permission for its use. Creators retain ownership of their original work while granting Blue Tulip Artistry a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to display and promote approved submissions in connection with their published profiles, interviews, or editorial features. Creators may request removal of their directory content, subject to reasonable processing requirements and any separate agreements. Beyond the Panels is an independently curated interview and creator spotlight series intended to showcase creative journeys, accomplishments, and experiences; participation in The Creative Roster does not guarantee selection for an interview or editorial feature. Additional agreements or permissions may be required for recorded interviews, sponsored content, commercial licensing, or broader use of submitted materials.
7. Events & Creative Experiences
Blue Tulip Artistry may organize, host, collaborate on, sponsor, promote, or participate in a variety of creative events, workshops, pop-ups, conventions, networking experiences, and community programs. Certain events may be independently organized and operated by third parties, with Blue Tulip Artistry participating solely as an affiliate, ambassador, promotional partner, vendor, or featured creative. In such cases, the independent organizer remains responsible for event operations, venue requirements, ticketing conditions, and event delivery. All participants must comply with applicable venue policies, safety instructions, and expectations for respectful conduct. Experiences involving minors may require parental or guardian consent and appropriate adult supervision. Event programming, schedules, guests, locations, and activities may be adjusted when reasonably necessary.
8. Tickets, Cancellations & Event Changes
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, tickets and registrations for Blue Tulip Artistry-operated events are final sale and nonrefundable, subject to applicable law. If Blue Tulip Artistry cancels an event without providing an appropriate replacement or rescheduled date, affected customers will receive refunds or other remedies as required by law and the applicable event terms. Tickets purchased for independently operated events are subject to the policies established by the respective organizers or ticketing providers, including any restrictions concerning cancellations, refunds, and transfers. Blue Tulip Artistry is not responsible for personal expenses related to event attendance, including transportation, lodging, parking, or other incidental costs, except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
9. Volunteers, Collaborators & Creative Opportunities
Blue Tulip Artistry may provide opportunities for community involvement, creative collaboration, interviews, event support, volunteer participation, and compensated project-based work. Each opportunity will establish its responsibilities, expectations, participation requirements, and compensation status where applicable. Participation in community programs or volunteer activities does not automatically guarantee employment, compensation, future contracts, or ongoing assignments. Paid creative services, commissioned projects, sponsorship deliverables, and intellectual property usage rights will be governed by separate written agreements outlining the applicable terms. Volunteer arrangements will be offered only where permitted under relevant employment and labor laws, and Blue Tulip Artistry is committed to developing fair compensation opportunities as its programs and business partnerships expand.
10. Brand Partnerships, Sponsorships & Affiliates
Blue Tulip Artistry may collaborate with independent creators, businesses, brands, sponsors, event organizers, and affiliate partners to develop promotional campaigns, creative experiences, merchandise, media content, and community initiatives. Sponsored content and affiliate relationships will be disclosed when required by applicable advertising and consumer protection laws. Business partnerships, sponsorship placements, licensing arrangements, commissioned projects, and other commercial collaborations may require separate written agreements outlining compensation, deliverables, responsibilities, intellectual property ownership, and promotional rights. Third parties are prohibited from using Blue Tulip Artistry's name, branding, original characters, artwork, designs, or protected likenesses for unauthorized commercial purposes.
11. Photography, Video & Media
Photography, video recording, audio recording, interviews, and other media production may occur during Blue Tulip Artistry events, programs, and creative experiences. When appropriate, Blue Tulip Artistry may request permission to use photographs, recordings, interviews, or other media for editorial features, website content, social media, promotional campaigns, advertising, and business documentation. Separate consent or media release agreements will be obtained where legally required, including parental or guardian consent for minors when applicable. Participants are encouraged to review any event-specific recording notices and communicate concerns regarding their participation in media activities.
12. Privacy, Subscribers & Communication
Blue Tulip Artistry may collect personal information voluntarily submitted through website purchases, contact forms, event registrations, newsletter subscriptions, membership applications, and other interactions. This information may be used to process orders, administer community programs, maintain creator memberships, respond to inquiries, communicate important updates, and operate the website. Promotional emails, community announcements, and marketing communications will be distributed in accordance with applicable consent and unsubscribe requirements, and subscribers may opt out of promotional messages. Personal information may be shared with authorized service providers when reasonably necessary for payment processing, order fulfillment, website operations, or legal compliance. 13. Third-Party Services
The Blue Tulip Artistry website may integrate with or provide links to third-party payment processors, merchandise fulfillment providers, ticketing platforms, social media services, affiliate partners, and external websites. These providers operate independently and may maintain their own terms, privacy policies, service conditions, and business practices. Blue Tulip Artistry is not responsible for the independent content, availability, or actions of third-party services, except to the extent required by applicable law. Visitors are encouraged to review the applicable policies when interacting with external platforms or completing purchases through third-party providers.
14. Website Availability & Accessibility
Blue Tulip Artistry makes reasonable efforts to maintain a secure, functional, and accessible website that provides a welcoming experience for all visitors. However, uninterrupted website availability cannot be guaranteed, and temporary disruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical difficulties, security concerns, service provider interruptions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. 15. Changes to These Terms
Blue Tulip Artistry reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect updates to our products, services, creative programs, memberships, events, business operations, or applicable legal requirements. The most recent revision date will be displayed at the top of this page, and material changes affecting existing purchases or memberships will be handled in accordance with applicable law and existing agreements. Continued use of the website after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those Terms to the extent permitted by law.
